Writing School for Early Career Researchers – March 2026

How to participate?

Participation in the Writing School is free of charge. However, participants will need to cover the costs of their travel and accommodation. Each participant will be required to bring their own laptops.

Each applicant must apply via an online form (link), providing personal info plus the following documents. In addition to completing the registration form, the documents should be sent via email to hortifoodtrends@inhort.pl:

  • Abstract, up to 200 words, covering one of the topics of interest, which you want to present in your publication, and which can discuss your current research activities.
  • Motivation letter (max 2 pages) briefly introducing the applicant (Include information about your education, career stage, and research interests. Add up to 5 relevant publications and up to 5 relevant projects), interest in the topics of interest, motivation, and expected benefits to the participant from the course.

Registration deadline: February 13th, 2026. Please note that places are limited.

This intensive program will help you:

  • Strengthen your scientific writing and publish in high-impact journals.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and policymakers.
  • Master public speaking, social media engagement, and responsible use of AI in writing.
  • Build strategies for impactful research communication aligned with Horizon Europe.

All sessions will be conducted in English.
