Today, as part of the HortiFoodTrends activities, we had the pleasure of hosting the renowned chef Zbigniew Korzeniowski from the catering company „W Pół Drogi”.
The meeting was part of our work on developing new berry-based products and collecting expert opinions related to berry consumption.
We discussed the practical use of raw materials such as aronia, haskap berry, blackcurrant, and redcurrant in the kitchen and in gastronomy.
The meeting gave us the opportunity to learn the chef’s opinion on berry product prototypes developed at the Institute and to discuss their potential real-life applications in gastronomy.
We would like to thank Chef Zbigniew Korzeniowski for the valuable discussion and inspiring insights. We hope that soon consumers and guests of „W Pół Drogi” will have the opportunity to taste our products in his culinary creations.
