Information session on Norwegian and EEA grants

We are pleased to announce that an information session on Norwegian and EEA grants took place on 21 August 2026.

The meeting was chaired by representatives of the Project Office, Daria Pęziak-Kowalska and Marta Kornacka, who, as part of the HortiFoodTrends project, had the opportunity to visit the University of Copenhagen, the Centre de Recherche Institut LYFE and L’École Supérieure des Agriculteurs (ESA).

During the meeting, participants discussed, amongst other things:

  • Current opportunities for applying for Norwegian and EEA funds
  • Key changes to the guidelines and call for proposals documentation
  • Opportunities and preferences available to early-career researchers
  • Rules for forming a consortium and collaborating with international partners
  • Practical applications of artificial intelligence in project preparation and implementation
  • The role of the research manager and the reasons why it is important to employ such a person on a project

Early-career researchers planning to develop their own project ideas and establish international collaborations were particularly encouraged to attend the meeting.
Following the presentation, time was set aside for questions, discussion and individual consultations regarding project ideas.

Thank you for taking part.

We love hearing from you.

Let's collaborate.
