We warmly invite you to take part in the scientific seminar of the Food Sensory Analysis Section of the Polish Society of Food Technologists (PTTŻ), which this year will take place in Skierniewice on 29–30 June 2026.

This year’s guest speakers and lecturers will be some exceptional individuals:

• Dr Emilia Leszkowicz from the Department of Animal and Human Physiology at the University of Gdańsk – ‘Surprising fusions of the senses – Selected aspects of gustatory synaesthesia’
• Dr Katarzyna Jesionkowska from Kerry Group (Ireland) – “When algorithms meet the senses. Artificial intelligence (AI) in sensory science and consumer sciences”
• Dr Renata Januszewska from Barry Callebaut (Belgium) – “Sensory at Barry Callebaut for the Polish Sensory Community”
• Dorota Rączka, MSc Eng., from Ferrero Polska – “Ensuring product quality, with a focus on sensory methods, using Ferrero as an example”.

During seminar we will also have the opportunity to visit the modern Horticultural Products Processing Centre.
