Seminar Following the Research Internship at the University of Copenhagen

Yesterday’s meeting was led by Jan Zdulski, a researcher at the National Institute of Horticultural Research (InHort) in Skierniewice and a PhD student who undertook a research placement at the University of Copenhagen from 26 to 30 January 2026. The internship was supervised by Professor Michael Bom Frøst, an expert in the field of sensory food analysis.
The aim of the internship was to broaden the knowledge and practical skills of InHort staff in the analysis of data obtained from sensory tests and the integration of this data with the results of physical and chemical food analyses. This initiative aims to streamline the entire data analysis process. The implementation of new statistical methods enables faster processing of raw data and facilitates a deeper understanding of the complex relationships within it.
Jan shared the insights he gained during his stay, which enabled the whole team to implement new data analysis methods.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Jan Zdulski, and especially to Professor Michael Bom Frøst, for making this internship possible.
Thank you!!!

We love hearing from you.

Let's collaborate.
