„Food of Tomorrow | Food4Tomorrow,” 2-nd. edition of the event organized by Food Fakty – Summit 2025

The Institute of Horticulture – National Research Institute in Skierniewice actively participated in the second edition of the event organized by Food Fakty – Summit 2025 „Food of Tomorrow | Food4Tomorrow,” which took place on November 5-6 of this year at the Lodz University of Technology.

The event brought together a large group of representatives from business, academia, and public administration. Its topics focused on key challenges and development prospects for the food industry.

Dr. Monika Mieszczakowska-Frąc, Professor at the Institute of Horticulture, moderated the session entitled „New Methods and Tools for Understanding Consumers and Products. Creating Innovation Through Quality.”

Dr. Anna Wrzodak, delivered a presentation entitled „What Does the Future Taste Like? Creating Quality in Food is a Human-Centered Innovation Process.” In the presentation, she presented selected topics and the results of sensory research conducted as part of the European project HortiFoodTrends.

The Institute’s participation in the event provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and present research results that align with current trends in the development of the modern food sector.
