The first Round Table meeting of the HortiFoodTrends project (WP5, Task 5.1) took place on 12 June 2025 at the headquarters of the InHort.

Representatives of partner institutions from France, Denmark and Poland attended the event, some in person and some remotely. The working meeting served to jointly identify needs and opportunities for further cooperation in four key areas:

• Research;
• Commercialisation of innovative products;
• Exchange of knowledge and experience;
• Networking and partnership building.

The meeting also aimed to develop assumptions for a joint scientific strategy and action plan to support the development of innovative HortiFood berry products, with the ultimate goal of increasing their consumption and improving consumer welfare.
