On 25.04.2025, the InHort team took part in the national event 'University Living-Labs: From Idea to Reality’ to connect with the scientific world, which works in a similar way to HortiFoodTrends in the Living-Lab approach. Our aim was to showcase the sensory living lab as a tool for creating food from berries. We made new contacts, e.g. with medical researchers, in the hope of joint activities in the Living-Lab approach to health.
